1. Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase! However, due to the nature of our products (perfume oils, diffusers, candles), we can only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

Perfume Oils: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on perfume oils once they have been opened or used. If the item is unopened and in its original, sealed packaging, you may return it for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Candles & Diffusers: If your candle or diffuser is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, you may return it for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. If the item is faulty or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately, and we will offer a full refund or replacement.
2. How to Return or Exchange an Item
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

- We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Items must be returned to the address provided and must be sent within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Please ensure the item is properly packaged to avoid damage during return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
3. Refunds
