We review your request and confirm feasibility, pricing and timelines. If you’re requesting a custom scent not listed on our website, we’ll advise on the best approach.

3. Approval before payment
Once all details are confirmed, we’ll send a secure payment link. No payment is taken until approval.

4. Creation & delivery
Your personalised products are handcrafted, quality-checked and prepared for delivery or collection.

• Minimum order quantities vary depending on the product and level of personalisation

• Custom fragrance requests typically start from 10 bottles 

• Lead times depend on order size, scent development and packaging requirements but we usually require 3 weeks minimum
