Yes, we offer free shipping on UK orders. International shipping is not currently free, please enter your postal address at checkout to calculate international shipping fees. 

Our processing time is 3 working days from when you have placed your order. Shipping will take between 3-5 days once your order has been shipped. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped. 

International shipping takes between 7-10 working days to be delivered from the time of shipping. 

Soy wax is a type of vegetable wax made from soybean oil. It is a renewable and eco-friendly alternative to traditional paraffin wax, which is derived from petroleum. Soy wax is biodegradable, non-toxic, and produces less soot when burned compared to paraffin wax.

Please take pictures of the outer packaging, the damaged products  ensuring the damage is visible and email the pictures to our Customer Services Team at info@galescents.com. Unfortunately damage incidents need to be investigated so we need sufficient photographic evidence. Please do not dispose of the products or packaging until we have advised you that we completed our investigations. All damages must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

At Galé Scents, all of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Returns are accepted within 14 days of confirmed delivery of any Galé product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in its original packaging, unopened, unused and in the same condition that it was received.
