Ga-lèh (Ga-lè) | Traditional Ma’di Name

My South Sudanese name is Galé, which traditionally means “the refused” or “the rejected.” While the meaning may sound unusual, I choose to embrace its deeper power. To me, it represents resilience, strength, and transformation.

Rejection is not an ending — it is redirection. It is refinement. It is growth.
